Are there times when you have perhaps thought: ‘ I think he/she is ignoring me? ’ ‘ I think they are angry with me? ’ ‘ It must be something I have said or done? ’ There are times when we don ’ t always get to interact with others in the way we expect, whether it be friends, family, partners or acquaintances. At times we may find others don ’ t appear to be so forthcoming as we would like. During this pandemic, people may well be experiencing a variety of challenges and mixed emotions that as a result may not correspond to their usual behaviours and interactions with others.
