Focus...! Hello and Welcome! Distractions are all around us. They can take us off task and impact on our productivity or even our relationships! Lately, I have found myself distracted by news in the media, family emergencies and sometimes by certain thoughts and feelings. I have given myself some time to acknowledge and recognise these distractions without becoming consumed by them. How have you been distracted lately? What I have found useful is limiting my exposure to distractions & beginning with at least one action that will help to refocus on my goals whether it be professional or personal goals. What do you need to get done? What one thing can you focus on to get you started? Distractions will rarely disappear but we can work on our FOCUS. Let’s talk.
